Better Natural Eyesight Within Days!
No Glasses. No Contact Lenses. No Surgery.
Do you wear glasses or hate the inconvenience of contact lenses?
Then just get rid! Even if youve worn glasses or contact
lenses for years. Defective eyesight is a problem suffered by
up to 85% of the population at some time in their lives. The
usual solution is glasses or contact lenses. Laser eye surgery
is the other option most people think of. A recent online
survey carried out by Verso Research Publishing showed that
most people fear the results of laser eye surgery and so
would not have it done.

The main reasons given by people in the survey for wanting to
stop wearing glasses and contact lenses were a) inconvenience
and b) worry about the long-term health affects upon vision.

Well here is some great news. You can now improve and correct
your vision naturally. Applying specific methods you can do
yourself, you can produce some amazing results.

The results of the survey referred to above also show that
people are looking for an alternative to glasses, contact
lenses and laser eye surgery. 'Better Natural Vision' is
exactly what it says it is. A completely natural way to improve
your vision. It is the first 'Natural Vision' program
to be based upon proven personal development technology. It
certainly has the potential to help a lot of people. Sceptical?
Can these results really be achieved?

The answer is a resounding 'Yes!' I achieved exactly this. I
wore glasses and contact lenses for 8 years. As proof I have
my previous eye test history that testifies to my use of glasses
and contact lenses over this time. (This is reproduced in my
program, 'Five Star Vision' -Better Natural Vision Within
Days.)

I also have my genuine eye test carried out after using the
methods outlined in 'Five Star Vision', showing 'no further
need for spectacles.' So how did I do it? By applying
natural vision correction methods and combining them with
proven techniques taken from the best personal development
programs. The result is a powerful program that gives you a way
to find freedom from glasses and contact lenses without the
fears associated with laser eye surgery.

Just think about this for a moment. If you suffer with poor
vision, do you think you will soon begin to find yourself
feeling highly motivated simply by applying a few simple changes
that resulted in immediate gains in the quality of your vision?
Changes that have the power to improve your clarity and
definition. Changes that mean less use of your glasses and
contact lenses? Perhaps even finding you can do without them
altogether?

The improvements I experienced made me feel both excited and
amazed. Until I began applying these methods for myself I
guess I was just like most other people. I did not believe
natural vision improvement and correction was possible. It
is a very pleasant and exhilarating way to challenge your
belief structure! Throwing away my specs was just a
tremendous feeling.

Vision is not a passive process where you simply accept the
images that you see. You can learn how to influence and
control the process to a far greater degree than you probably
believed was possible. You can learn how to 'break out' of
what are in essence, simply poor habits of vision. This means
that you find yourself getting far better results by making a
few simple changes.

I found that improvement comes quickly, once you let it! The
health benefits are what I really love but an added bonus is
the small pot of money I have saved. Not needing glasses and
contact lenses really has saved me a small fortune over the
last seven years!

What Is The Cost Of Laser Eye Surgery?

Laser eye surgery has become extremely popular in the last decade or so. Lasik actually stands for Laser In-Situ Keratomileusis. This type of surgery basically uses a laser to change the curvature of the cornea. Your cornea is the outer window of your eye, and this is where nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism occur.

The advent of new technologies has made vision correction surgery very safe and effective. Most people recover very quickly and have little or no side effects. The surgery is done on an outpatient basis, and most people can resume their normal activities the day after surgery.

People who are thinking about having Lasik should have a consultation with a licensed ophthalmologist before undergoing the surgery, because not everyone will benefit from vision correction surgery. A person must be 18 years of age, have had a stable prescription for one year, have no health issues with either eye, have no evidence of glaucoma or cataracts and most of all, wish to decrease or eliminate all together their use of glasses or contacts.

The cost for Lasik varies from around $499 an eye to over $2,500 an eye. The lower end of the price range is usually for simpler surgeries of patients who do not have any or much astigmatism. However, it is a good idea not to let price be the deciding factor when choosing a doctor to perform your laser eye surgery. While it is still considered an elective surgery by most insurance plans, and therefore they will not cover it, most reputable vision centers have a variety of payment options to suit any budget.

Any good ophthalmologist will completely discuss the risks and benefits of Lasik with you before doing the surgery. This is the time to ask questions and make sure that you are a good candidate for the surgery. A reputable doctor will not do vision correction surgery on someone who will not benefit from it.

The best advice is to thoroughly research a doctors credentials before making a decision. It is also important to find out if they have FDA approved equipment, and how many surgeries the doctors there have performed. Vision centers that offer substantial discounts may have less experience physicians who may not have received the best training and their equipment may not be up to date. Since these are your eyes we are talking about, it is imperative to have quality work.

So, if you are considering laser eye surgery, take your time to find the best doctor you can. You should realize that as with anything, you get what you pay for, so you will probably want to make the price of the surgery simply one of many considerations, not the primary consideration when choosing a doctor that does laser eye surgery.

Laser Eye Correction Surgery: Will It Work For You?

Technology moves at alarmingly fast rates now, and where glasses or contact lenses have been required in the past to correct vision deficiencies there is now an alternative. Laser eye correction is a relatively affordable procedure that means you wont need to wear your reading glasses anymore and can correct virtually any eye problem. It is suitable for any adult with an eye problem and may be the answer you are looking for.

What is Laser Eye Correction?

Laser Eye Correction, or refractive surgery as it is also known, is a quick procedure usually taking up to 15 minutes per eye. The actual laser treatment consists of less than 1 minute. During this process a laser scans your eyes pinpointing hundreds of unique points on your cornea. Once this is done, the software used can determine exactly where the fault lies and ascertain the minor adjustments needed to restore your sight back to a reasonable level. The laser then reshapes the cornea so that your eyesight becomes at least 20/40 vision, although in most cases it can be restored completely to 20/20 vision. Your surgeon will, of course, talk you through the exact procedure before surgery commences and if you have any questions, do not be afraid to ask.

You will be administered with anaesthetic eye drops prior to any procedure and a subtle restraining device placed on your eyes so there is no danger of you blinking. The apparatus accounts for small eye movements, so even if you cant quite manage to stare at the red light all the way through the procedure there shouldnt be a problem.

Most patients suffer from little or no discomfort and the recovery time after the procedure is very little. It is advised that on completion of the correction you rest your eyes until next day, dont stare at a television or a computer and dont go anywhere where there is smoke or other pollutants. Next day you should be able to return to your normal daily life without the need for glasses or contact lenses.

Exactly how effective is the treatment?

Approximately 95f patients have 20/20 vision or better following treatment and half have reported that their eyesight is better after treatment than when using glasses or contacts before. Ordinarily there is no need for further treatment because the sight you have after correction is the sight you will have for the rest of your life. In fact, many clinics offer the equivalent of a lifetime guarantee, so if you do need any enhancements you will receive them free of charge.

In patients over the age of forty it will probably be necessary to still wear reading glasses because they are required for problems other than cornea problems that cant be treated by correctional treatment. As a general rule, though, if you have an eye problem that means you need to wear glasses to improve your sight and your sight has been at a steady level for 12 months or more the laser surgery should be successful.

The cost of Laser Eye Correction varies depending on the level of treatment you need and other determining factors but you can expect to pay between $800 and $1000 per eye. Usually, if you have both eyes done in the same visit (There are no known problems with choosing to do this) then you can expect to pay a little less.

The possible risks of Laser Eye Correction.

As with all surgery there are small risks associated with Laser Eye Correction.

There is a very low risk of infection, affecting only around 1 in 5000 patients. Most surgeons and clinics will provide you with a course of antibiotics and check ups to ensure that your eyes are reacting well to the surgery.

An enhancement may be required to correct your vision if surgery leads to over correction or under correction. Again, this is rare but still possible because everyones eyes are different. Some are softer than others and some harder. This can lead to under correction or over correction.

During a short period after treatment you may experience seeing halos around objects when viewed at night, but this should normally clear up after a week or so. If you continue to experience these problems then consult the surgeon who completed your correction treatment for further advice.

If you directly touch or injure your eye immediately after surgery or within 24 hours you should consult your surgeon as this can lead to a shifting of the flap that is created during treatment. A little care and attentiveness will prevent this from happening and almost any risk of shifting flaps is massively reduced after 24 hours.

Laser Eye Correction is now a mainstream treatment for the masses. Many people who wear glasses or contact lenses have considered Laser Eye Correction because it is a painless, easy procedure that will fix your eyesight and alleviate the need to wear glasses.

As with any surgery, there are risks associated with the treatment but they are minimal and consultation with your surgeon should allay any fears you may have.

How I lost 80 Pounds from 230 Pounds and Kept the Weight Off So Can You(c) Anna Overweight No MoreHave you ever been asked, Why do you eat healthy? It is incredible how our minds are programmed to see a person as weird when deciding to eat healthy instead of junk foods. I never thought about it, until some people kept asking me, Why do you eat healthy? First, I thought they meant wanting to know the benefits of eating healthy, but was shocked when realizing that I was seen as a weirdo simply because I was not consuming junk foods, such as chips, sugary donuts, or greasy fast food. Instead, I snack on fruits, grains (how I love grains!), and vegetables. I just make the choice to control food and not let food control me. By looking at their faces, I sadly realized how wrong I also was when I was eating the wrong foods, which helped me ballooned up to 230 pounds! Now, at my 40s, I lost 80 pounds and have kept the weight off for 3 years! Hence, there is the answer to Why I Eat Healthy? Simply, I relearned how to eat healthy and dared to change for good.

However, eating healthy is only part of a healthy living style, which is why I dont call it a diet. It is not a temporary program with the yo-yo cycle effect, but a permanent lifestyle. The other important issue is exercising. At my 40s, I feel great, awesome, terrific, and all the positive adjectives you can add to feeling great.

Furthermore, I always have a motivational word when people ask me for help on how to lose weight. I understand the frustration of being overweight, hiding our bulges better saidour fat under those big t-shirts or blazers. Sound familiar? Tell me about it, Ive been there! I tried all kind of diets, miracle pills, diet creams, etc. Sure, I lost weight with those diets, but it was temporarily. After that fake illusion of losing few pounds, which are mostly water, I regained the weight back, until one day I had it.

Now, let me tell you my story it was right on my daughters birthday--3 years ago-- when I took the firm decision to change my lifestyle. I remember it clearly. I was wearing a blue dress with white in the middle and heading to an Italian luncheon with some friends, where I also met Marinella, Michele, and Giuseppe who have seen my entire transformation. Then, I came back home to celebrate my daughters birthday and looked at the mirror, and for the very first time I did not like the person who was on the mirror. Wow! What a shocked! For the first time, I accepted I was overweight! Good thing is that I did not get depressed, but challenged myself to bring back the true Anna full of optimism and a healthy figure. I still have my photo with that blue dress, I use it as my before and after, to keep me motivated.

That was the beginning of my way to a healthy lifestyle. I joined the gym, and for the first 3 months, I did cardio at least 5 times a week for 1 hour in the elliptical. I did not deprive myself, but started researching online different methods to lose weight and understanding how the body functions. I also started watching programs on nutrition and the inspirational stories shown by Oprah Winfrey.

Gradually, I adjusted my exercise program to 4 times a week cardio and weight lifting every 2 days to tone my muscles and avoid stretch marks for losing weight excessively. Imagine, at 230 pounds, I could not do fast cardio exercises, so I started with home video exercises from none other than Richard Simmons. Those times were special for me. It was party time, exercising while dancing to the tunes of I will Survive, Shake your Booty, (this was my favorite part, therefore, thanks Richard!), Born to be Alive, or It's My Party and I'll Cry If I Want To," until I went to Kathy Smith and Denise Austin cardio and fat burning exercises videos.

I wanted to lose weight naturally, enjoy meals, choose healthy options. And guess what? After 8 months, I DID it and have kept the weight off for 3 years without starving but eating every 3 hours healthy foods and exercising. I am still astonished how I deprived myself with crazy diets and not losing weight permanently, but playing the yo-yo diet game. Now, I eat, I enjoy food and still have a healthy figure. Whenever I grab a yogurt, almonds, or a protein bar, I enjoy each bit of it. For example, most diets forbid pasta, pizza, rice, and so on, but I eat those. Uhmmmmm The Secret? Simple, have small portions, not super size portions, and make sure to add protein too. My other secret to speed up my metabolism was discovering GREEN TEA. I prepare a pitcher for each day or have it as hot tea.

Moreover, I learned that when our blood sugar and insulin levels are high, our bodies shift into fat storing mode. All extra carbs or high carb meals influence our blood sugar and insulin levels. The option is to lower our insulin levels and the pancreas releases glucagon, which is a hormone that sets our bodies into fat burning mode by helping to convert body fat into energy. Wow! This was one of the best things I learned.

I also learned about nutritional supplements. For example, how delicious a protein bar is, instead of munching on many chocolate bars. I dont need the empty calories, so I rather have a chocolate protein bar with less calories and more nutritional value. Dont get me wrong, I still eat chocolates, but in small portions. As my friend Renato says, Chocolates are not bad, after all, they are a good source of flavonoids. Hence, that is my excuse when craving for a chocolate cake I just need my flavonoids portion. Ha ha.

Currently, I enjoy motivating others to lose weight for their own good, not to please people. However, it is not a matter of forcing anyone to lose weight. That is a personal decision, to make and keep the commitment to lose weight and learn how to eat healthy. Thus, should someone ask you, why do you eat healthy? You will know what to reply. Take a look back at your old self and those gone pounds, while padding yourself on the back to congratulate you for having dared to reprogram yourself to lead a healthy lifestyle and said no to junk foods.

Now, you know my story. One of my greatest satisfaction is having the opportunity to motivate others on their resolution to lose weight. My best reward will be if you tell me, "Ok, Anna, if you could do it, so can I. I am ready to make and KEEP my commitment to lose weight for myself, not to please others, but for my own health. I am ready to break with the yo-yo cycle, learn to choose healthy food and exercise." Remember, your commitment is also my commitment, Official! Overweight? NO MORE! We can do it!

Anna Overweight? NO MORE! lost over 80 pounds from 230 pounds and has kept the weight off for 3 years. She believes that every person can achieve a healthier figure with determination, eating healthy, and exercising. There is no general miracle diet, but every body responds differently. It is a matter of taking the first step: Believing that one can regain a healthier body, having that strong inner motivation is the key to stay focused. I did it, so can you! www.officialoverweightnomore.com

Theres so many benefits to being able to see naturally. Many people feel a new freedom to be able to simply wake up and see past the bed sheets. You can swim and play sports much easier. Plus, you wont have to spend all that money for new contacts or glasses!

Some Of The Benefits Of Laser Eye Surgery Include:

1. Unobstructed Vision not having to peer around the frames of your glasses gives you better peripheral vision.

2. Self Esteem Boost not wearing glasses makes many people feel more confident and boosts their self esteem and quality of life.

3. Easer To Play Sports no more worrying that your glasses will break or a contact will pop out.

4. Save Money No more purchasing contacts, solution, eyeglasses or cases. After the initial expense of the surgery you will end up saving money in the long run.

Corrective eye surgery is generally safe but there are certain low risks and people that have certain conditions must not have this type of surgery. Your doctor will explain all the risks and asses if you are a good candidate for the surgery. At the most extreme is loss of vision, but this is very rare and should not happen if your doctor evaluates you properly. Other risks include developing dry eye syndrome, loss of vision clearness or seeing permanent halos or fuzziness.

There are 3 types of surgery you will want to consider:

LASIK or Laser-Assisted In Situ Keratomileusis is the most well known. This surgery cuts a flap in the cornea and reshapes it by removing tissue. It is a fast procedure with healing in a day or 2 and immediate improvement in eyesight.

PRK or Photo Refractive Keratectomy is the procedure that has been around the longest. Cells are removed from the cornea to reashape it and improve vision. It has a healing time of a month and vision improvement is not immediate but gradual over time.

CK or Conductive Keratoplasty is a fairly new procedure. Uses radio frequency energy applied with a hair thin device to reshape the cornea. It is an extremely quick procedure with very quick healing.

Your good vision is vital so discuss each option thoroughly with your doctor before making a final decision.Lee Dobbins writes for http://www.eye-care-online.com where you can find information on laser eye surgery and contact lenses.
